A BIRCHWOOD chef has released a cookbook that promises to help families struggling with rising costs, and less time to cook.
Barbara Freeman, of Fresh-Beginnings, has been in the catering industry for more than 25 years, and worked with Warrington Food Bank throughout the pandemic.
Barbara’s new book, “You Can Cook,” was written following the success of her recipe leaflets that she was able to create with National Lottery funding.
