Ingredients:
• 350g rice
• 2 tin hotdogs (drained and sliced)
• I tin sliced carrots (drained)
• 1 tin peas (drained)
• 50ml water
• 2 tbs oil – stock cube – seasoning.
Method:
Cook the rice following instructions on the packet – when the rice is cooked, drain – heat oil in a pan and add the rice, sliced sausages, carrots and peas – crumble in the stock cube and add the water – mix everything together and when thoroughly hot serve into dishes.
