Ingredients:
• 50g porridge
• 1 tin apples (chopped and drained)
• 200ml milk
• Drizzle of honey.
Method:
Put the oats and milk in a small pan and cook, stirring, for 5 mins until almost creamy. – Stir in the apples, then cook for 2 mins more or until the porridge is thick and creamy and the apples just heated through. – Ladle into bowls, drizzle with honey and eat immediately.
